A Bit About Me
Born and raised in Louisiana, gained a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a minor in General Business.
I have an extensive building construction background. At an early age I was on construction sites driving excavators and bulldozers. In my teens I started working in the family's HVAC business, working my way up through the mechanical and General Contracting divisions. My ability to understand all components in the completion of commercial and residential construction projects, provides an invaluable asset in the insurance industry.
During my adjusting career, I handled both residential and commercial lines losses and assisted in re-inspections of both. As an experienced adjuster, I am capable of handling large losses in excess of $12.5 million. In a managerial capacity, I have managed teams and consulted directly with reinsures to help guide loss reserves. I have experience in liability, new construction, and builder’s risk. This knowledge associated with the intricacies during the claims process provides the resources to expedite a client’s protocols and procedures.
I have a history in handling catastrophe losses, dating back to Katrina. Handling losses for Hurricanes Matthew, Harvey, Ida, Florence, Michael, Sally, Zeta, and most recently Ida.

A Bit About Me
Born and raised in northeast China, having fond memories of cold snowy winters, with pleasant summers. My mother is a dedicated teacher, continuing to excel and lead in her career, while my father recently retired as the safety and operations manager for one of the region's largest companies.
After graduating high school, I pursued higher education in Beijing, earning a Bachelor's degree in English with a deep focus on writing and editing. I then continued my studies at Beijing Language and Culture University, completing an internship in the United States at The Webb School in 2015 and graduating with a Master of Education.
I am certified by the American Montessori Society, holding a primary Montessori certificate.
Following Hurricane Harvey, I joined Kenneth Jones as an insurance claim processor, where I managed file setup, data entry, claim management, and quality control of reports.
Since the company's establishment, I have served as the executive administrator, overseeing daily tasks such as travel arrangements, calendar coordination, invoicing, document review, and report quality control, contributing to the success of client protocols and procedures.

A Bit About Me
My earliest memories were summers working on my father's construction sites. This followed me throughout my childhood, as a teenager and college years.
After gaining an associates degree in criminal justice, I decided to help my father as an insurance adjuster in the aftermath of Hurricane Andrew, which changed my career path and life view. I found a passion for helping people after catastrophic loss and began full-time as an adjuster in Denver, Colorado. This included distinctions as a regional claims manager, training adjusters, working appraisals and eventually large loss commercial claims.

In the late 1990's I went back to my father's construction company, becoming Vice President of Robert's Construction Inc., all the while handling claims for multiple Insurance Carriers, and Insurance Adjusting Firms. During this time, my father and I worked catastrophes, with him scoping losses and me handling coverage issues, writing estimate and reports. In the wake of Hurricane Katrina, we adjusted over 150 commercial claims, with our largest over 25 million.

At 85, my father continues to provide his expertise in construction but no longer works as an adjuster. Our last experience together as adjusters was during Hurricane Irma. These memories and experiences continue shape me as a person and professional.
In 2016 things changed beyond my imagination. I married and in 2018, we welcomed our daughter. At this point I decided to join Provencher & Company, LLC.'s Major Claims Unit. During my time with Provencher as an Executive General Adjuster I adjusted large loss claims, with multiple losses in excess of 10 million. In a managerial capacity I oversaw a Third Party Administrator's daily claim assignments and inspections, managing a team of adjusters and providing coverage analysis. On the expert side of claims management I helped grow Provencher's appraisal department into a leading provider of expert analysis and reporting.
My journey takes me back to my roots, instilled at an early age; during times of need, focus on helping others, accomplish tasks with integrity, hard work and determination.
